Freight Marketplace platform, both shippers and carriers can adapt and

Andrew Leto

Founder & CEOAndrew Leto, the CEO of Emerge, has been in the logistics industry since 2003 when he founded GlobalTranz after serving five honorable years in the U.S. Navy. Having built a reputation for providing some of the best technology in the industry, GlobalTranz quickly became one of the top-10 Truckload and LTL brokers in the U.S. with over a billion dollars in sales. Andrew also founded 10-4 Systems, a truckload and visibility platform which sold to Trimble in 2016. Andrew resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife and two children.
Jack Holmes

ChairmanJack Holmes, Chairman, began his career in transportation at UPS, working his way through the ranks to President and Chief Operating Officer before guiding their largest-ever domestic acquisition of Overnight and Moto Cargo, which later became UPS Freight. Holmes was appointed as Co-Chairman of the National Freight Advisory Council. He previously served as the Chairman of 10-4 Systems and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Werner Enterprises, Sharps Compliance, Redwood Logistics, and LaserShip.

President & Board MemberGeorge Abernathy, Emerge President and Board Member, has more than 30 years of supply chain and technology experience. Notably, George is the former President of leading industry publication FreightWaves where he was responsible for all revenue and commercial efforts, including SaaS, media, and virtual & physical events. George has a breadth of direct industry background, having held executive leadership positions at Transplace, J.B. Hunt, Logistics.com and Sabre Logistics.
John Hess

CTOJohn has been creating software solutions for two decades, building an extensive portfolio of enterprise software solutions in the SaaS space. He is a sought-after mentor to emerging technology and product leaders, advising on product strategy and portfolio construction, technology-centric firm building, and high performance onshore & offshore team management. John is passionate about driving innovation within the world of logistics. Given the enormous magnitude of worldwide logistics, introducing novel ideas into the market can have a multiplicative effect. This not only benefits the logistics market but benefits all those that utilize logistics services. As Chief Technology Officer of Emerge, John fosters an environment based upon continual improvement, teamwork, mentorship, and execution. He strives to achieve the most challenging, and correspondingly rewarding, experiences for his teams. John lives in Boulder Colorado with his wife and son.

CFOBrad is responsible for finance at Emerge. Prior to joining the company, he was a venture and growth equity investor with Anterra Capital, Volition Capital, and Technology Crossover Ventures. As an investor, Brad served on the board of 10-4 Systems alongside Andrew Leto and Jack Holmes prior to its acquisition by Trimble. Brad started his career at Raymond James & Associates and has a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame (go Irish).
Cameron Ramsdell

COORamsdell brings in-depth experience in using technology to enhance fleet performance. His career includes more than 11 years with Coyote Logistics, a UPS company. During his tenure there, he served as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Strategic Projects. He has been responsible for building a trucking fleet leveraging machine learning and AI to reduce operating costs and allow fleets to be managed by exception. A graduate of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of management, Ramsdell earned an MBA from this prestigious educational institution.

SVP Enterprise SalesJake, a founding member of Emerge, has excelled in multiple roles within the logistics industry including Strategic Partnerships, Technology Integrations, Market Analytics, and Enterprise Sales. Previous to Emerge Jake's career started with industry leaders including GlobalTranz and 10-4 Systems (now owned by Trimble). Originally from St. Louis, MO, Jake has lived in Phoenix, AZ for 15 years and has his B.S. from Arizona State University.

SVP of Strategic OperationsMark McEntire currently serves as Sr. Vice President of Operations for Emerge and is based in Rogers, AR. Mark’s 34 years in transportation and logistics includes experience with Transplace, where he held the position of Sr. Vice President of Operations, as well as experience with J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. and Penske Logistics. In 2001, he completed a two-year Six Sigma certification program with General Electric and is a GE certified Black Belt. In June 2009, he became certified as an APICS CSCP. Mark earned a B.S. in Transportation and Logistics from Arkansas State University.

He has a proven track record of building and scaling successful e-commerce platforms and assimilating teams to drive results and execute strategic initiatives.
